Course content
- Module 1: Health and Safety Essentials - an introduction to basic health and safety concepts, be aware of hazards to improve safety.
- Module 2: Workstation Safety Plus - Learn how to work safely at your computer.
- Module 3: Fire Safety Plus - Learn the basics of fire safety, fire prevention and what to do in an emergency.
- Module 4: Manual Handling Plus - Learn correct handling techniques at work.
- Module 5: First Aid - Learn the basics of first aid in this interactive module. This has been developed in conjunction with St John Ambulance.
